What we do
We catered a Mexican-themed hot buffet for Gallagher, featuring beef chili, vegan chili, nachos, guacamole, crispy chilies, grated cheese, and a variety of sides. The spread was beautifully arranged in their staff kitchen, serving 50 team members. Additionally, we provided a bar service, which was a hit, and received plenty of positive feedback!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for last night – it was absolutely fantastic – so many compliments about the food. You did a brilliant job supporting us for our team evening, effortless, engaging and bloody lovely food. Couldn’t ask for any more.
