Bertie and Stuart’s incredible marquee wedding was a true highlight for our team. This wonderfully laid-back couple planned a sharing-style family roast beef meal, following a sunny garden drinks and canapé reception. Their relaxed, informal vibe was perfectly complemented by the show-stopping summer berry pavlovas—one for each table—a heartfelt nod to Stuart’s Aussie roots, making for a fun and easygoing dining experience as guests kicked off the celebrations.

We provided a full bar service and transformed their home kitchen (with the help of some extra fridges and ovens) to create a truly memorable day. It was an absolute pleasure to be part of such a special occasion, celebrating the gorgeous bride and groom and their beautiful daughter, Matilda.
